REFUND POLICY/ RETURNS

ALL sales are final. We do not process any exchanges or refunds. We do not process and refunds or cancellations once your order has been processed. If you have any issues please feel free to contact us via e-mail at: info@preciousyouskincare.net

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow us 7-14 business days to process and ship your order ( not including weekends or holidays) All orders will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. (please check your spam folder). Wholesale orders process in 14+ business days ( not including weekends or holiday) larger orders may require additional time.

Invalid address

If your order is placed with the incorrect address please contact us asap to correct the information. If your package is shipped please reach out to the carrier to update your information. If your package is returned to us for any reason , you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

 

wholesale : when ordering please specify design and color options or random design will be selected 

 

Lost / Stolen packages 

If you have not received your package and it says delivered online, please file a claim with UPS or USPS. Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate. We do not issue any refunds for packages that states DELIVERED. Also check with your neighbors to see if anyone may have signed for you. Precious You Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact UPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

Rush Orders 
We do not offer rush services. Please read shipping timeframe before placing your order.  7-14 business days for regular orders and 14+ for wholesale ( not including weekends) no exceptions. Larger wholesale orders may need more time to process. 

SALE SHIPPING : During specials / Sales please allow 7-14 business days for orders to ship due to high order volumes. Normal shipping is 5-7 business days. 
                                 
                                                Cancelation 
when placing a large or wholesale order , if your shipping and billing address is different we will cancel and refund your payment.
